I noticed that the webpage also said " Each question corresponds to a single ticket number that you can use to track the processing of your question." They also stated " The history of your old tickets is archived and remains accessible. A valid email address is required. Helpdesk software - powered by osTicket. it will take a second!." The meta header had osTicket as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Customer support system and support ticket system which isn't as important as osTicket.
